Solids, Parti’s and abstracts, Phantoms, except as stated below $1800.00
Reds, red abstracts and parti’s, red phantoms, Show quality solids (whites/black noses), Brindles, Sables, Parti Brindles/Sables and tri’s (phantom/parti mix) All moyen sized (small standards) $2500.00
Full registration with breeding rights available at the time of sale to approved homes for an additional charge of $1000.00. Customer must agree to run a full genetic dna panel, such as Embark, resulting in all clear and have a good hip rating before breeding
Colors of litters cannot be guaranteed, nor can future colors of individual puppies. We try our best to correctly guess, but Mother Nature often has a mind of her own! Breeder reserves the right to claim first picks of any litter.

$250.00 Deposit Received on ___________________________Deposits are non refundable! Picks will be made in the order of deposit receipts. Those requesting full registration will be granted picks prior to pet pricing. Breeder reserves the right to first pick of each sex of the litter. Deposits may be rolled to future litters for a period of up to 18 months, but are not refundable. Deposit picks will begin immediately upon birth of puppies. Picks must be made by 3 weeks of age. Some exceptions may be granted if discussed and agreed to prior. Puppies with deposits must be picked up by 9 weeks of age unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing at time of deposit. Any puppies not picked up by 9 weeks old will forfeit deposit and puppy will be released for sale.

Shipping available when weather allows for $475.00 to most major airports. Includes health cert, crate and airport delivery. If flying in to pick up your puppy, we will deliver to MSP airport for $125.00 and meet you at MSP airport. Cost of delivery to an airport near you is available on a case by case basis. Please request quote.

This dog is sold as a Pet. Pet quality simply refers to the dog being sold as a pet and companion only. Please note that many poodles change color as they age. We do our best to predict what color they will develop into, but colors are not guaranteed.
Terms: This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to you taking ownership of the dog; payment is in cash, credit card, money order or certified draft.
Health Guarantee: The seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog is in good health and has been immunized and dewormed according to the accompanying health record of dog.
The buyer may have the dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 3 days from date of purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by our veterinarian at our cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered. Failure to have the puppy examined within 3 days will forfeit the health guarantee.
If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession if this is agreeable to both parties. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from date of purchase. Hip and elbow dysplasia and pathological spinal disorder is covered for 1 year from date of purchase with the same conditions as above in effect. If pup is to be returned within the first 3 days, Seller will replace the puppy with a puppy of the seller’s choice. Under some situations, seller may reimburse sale price, but not tax, shipping costs, credit card fees and/or return shipping.
The Buyer's Responsibility: The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain necessary vaccinations, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as its primary housing. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller.
This dog is warranted only for the purpose of being a companion animal, not for any other purpose or reasons. No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities.
In the event the buyer is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer to the Seller the first chance to take this dog back. Do not under any circumstances take the dog to a shelter. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the buyer’s expense and all disputes must be settled in the state of Wisconsin. This dog is sold to you as a pet only and nothing further.

This is the entire agreement (2 pages) between the parties and is valid and agreed to by all parties. All parties have read and understood and agreed to this contract in full by signing below.
